Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients: ½ kg small common mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 cups unsweetened soy milk, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of oil, salt, pepper
Preparation: Slice the mushrooms and fry in oil with finely chopped garlic. When all the water from the mushrooms has evaporated, whisk the flour and milk and add the mixture to the pan. Season the gravy and let it simmer and thicken (if it gets too thick, add some vegetable broth or plant milk).
